Wood Swirl Silhouette FlowerBox Design

Today I’m creating an armature from Italian Ruscus to support my multi-colored lilies while they bloom!

To start, pop open the FlowerBox, making sure the bottom locks. Push the built in plastic liner into the box. I’m adding a strip of sage-striped sticky ribbon to all four sides of our vase. You can find our complete line of sticky ribbons online at FlowerBox.com Then I add water with flower food.

To start the design, I loop two long-stemmed Italian Ruscus back on itself, and then place them both in the vase to form an orb of leaves that will act as my armature.

Now I’ll add my lilies, they are very tight, but the armature will hold them in place and give them lots of room to open up fully!  Lilies symbolize humility and devotion, I’ve chosen multi-colored lilies to add interest to my design.

After a few days, the lilies have opened up, now you can see just how beautiful and simple this arrangement is. And your customer’s will appreciate that the FlowerBox is completely recyclable!

Now it’s your turn! Send me your ideas at Travis@FlowerBox.com. And as always, have a great flowering day!
