Returns / Exchanges – In the event that you need to return an item or items, FlowerBox will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days. Items purchased through other retail stores are non-returnable to us directly. Please contact the store that you purchased your items from for their return policy. Any items purchased via our website are not returnable to any of our retail stores.
If you would like to return something that you purchased at FlowerBox.com, please email us at email@example.com or call 1-866-396-1185 and we will issue you a return authorization number and return address information. We will confirm the return once it is received. All pieces must be returned unopened and in perfect condition. Returns must be packaged securely with sufficient packing materials to protect the product. Please note that FlowerBox is not responsible for returned items that are damaged because of poor packaging or that are lost or stolen in the mail.
