No, Blumebox no longer produces a print catalog. We are trying our best to go paperless! Besides, the Internet allows us to add items and update our availability every day. Please check the website regularly!

Where can I find a retailer in my area that carries blumebox?
Please contact Customer Service with your zip code, city name, or any other major city in your area, and let us do the rest. Blumebox retailers, however, may be limited in the items they carry. We cannot guarantee they will have the item you are looking for, so be sure to call ahead.

Can wholesale orders be placed through your website?
Yes and No…
On the upside…Blumebox is excited to introduce you to a new purchasing option especially for wedding and event florists. We noticed that a lot of you want to order products specifically for an event and may not necessarily want to order a 25 piece case. With your wholesale account you can now order the exact quantities you need directly on our website. If you need 6 x 8” silver blumeboxes for bridal bouquets then you can order exactly that. With your wholesale login we will give you a 25% discount off the retail price of the goods.
Simply shoot us an email or phone us and we will register your account. We hope this helps with the planning for your next wedding or event.
We realize that the 25% discount is not wholesale pricing, but if you only need a select few blumeboxes then this is a great solution. Standard online shipping rates will apply. You can see these online at www.blumebox.com/shipping-info.shtml. Orders will be shipped the following business day. All sales will be placed through our secure online store using a Visa or MasterCard. Once your account is registered you can login to our online store and enter your details. You will only have to do this once. In future, shopping through our online store will be a breeze. Please contact us if you have any questions.
For wholesalers able to meet our 1 case (25 blumeboxes) minimum (2 case for orders to Canada) we still need you to call, email or fax in your orders. We love hearing from you and learning how you are using blumeboxes!

Due to the cost of shipping, we are limited to shipping within North America.
All international shipments are handled over the phone, by email or FAX. At this time we are unable to process international orders online.

Do all Blumebox products come boxed / packaged?
The majority of our products come packaged for purposes of retailing the item or to protect the product in shipping. The reason we do not offer everything packaged is so we can offer our customers the lowest price point possible.

Placing An Order
Blumebox promotion codes are redeemed during the order checkout process. To redeem a promo code, enter the code in the promotion code box during checkout. The promo code reduces your basket subtotal only, and does not apply toward Shipping and Handling. A promo code can be only used once per customer, and cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases. International shoppers are welcome to use promo codes! By the way, notice of special promotions are just one of the benefits you get when you sign up for the Blumebox Newsletter, like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter.

How do I know if my order was processed?
Before checking out, make sure to double-check the information you entered is as accurate - especially your email address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email. A second email will be sent once your order is shipped. This email will have your receipt attached as well as the shipping information.

Can I send multiple products to different addresses on one order?

Contact Customer Service immediately and make sure you have your email receipt information, order reference number, and new shipping details in hand. If your order has not left our distribution center, we can try to make the appropriate shipping changes, but blumebox doesn't make any promises. Most of our orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If the item you want is not in stock, contact us and we will add you to our waiting list. We will send you a notification email the minute that particular item is back in stock. For your security purposes in connection with your credit card, we do not take backorders.

Product Return Policies
In the event that you need to return an item or items, blumebox will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the receipt of merchandise for items purchased through our website. Items purchased through other retail stores are non-returnable to us directly. Please contact the store that you purchased your items from for their return policy. Any items purchased via our website are not returnable to any of our retail stores.
If you would like to return something that you purchased at blumebox.com, please email us at info@blumebox.com or call 1-888-582-1094 and we will issue you a return authorization number and return address information. We will confirm the return once it is received. All pieces must be returned unopened and in perfect condition. Returns must be packaged securely with sufficient packing materials to protect the product. Please note that blumebox is not responsible for returned items that are damaged because of poor packaging or that are lost or stolen in the mail.
Items that are returned within the 10 day period will be credited to your credit card upon receipt of the goods minus any applicable shipping charges. We will email you a confirmation of the return. Any items returned after the 10 day period are subject to a 50% restocking fee for a refund or a store credit for the retail value of the item. If you see something that you would like to exchange your return for, please contact us at info@blumebox.com. Please supply us with your original order number and the item number that you would like to exchange.

Most orders placed after 10 AM PST Monday-Thursday will ship out within 1-2 days of ordering. (We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.) If your order weighs less than two pounds it will be sent via USPS Priority Mail and is estimated to arrive within 2-3 days. Anything over 2 pounds will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground and is estimated to arrive within 3-5 days.
More details will be included on your emailed receipt.

Help, my order hasn’t arrived yet!
Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation via email that will notify you of the way in which your order will be shipped.
If your order hasn't been received within the allotted ship dates, we advise you to check with your neighbors, roommates, or building manager if applicable. Maybe someone is keeping your blumebox order safe!
For FedEx orders, you can check on the status of your order anytime, by entering in the tracking number from your invoice into FedEx.com.
For USPS orders, we would be happy to follow up with your order, please contact Customer Service with your order reference number, and we will check the status of your order.

1) Push opposite corners together until bottom locks into place
2) Expand bag into blumebox & fold over outside of box.
3) Arrange cut blooms in your blumebox (minus thorns).

How do I assemble the cake pop insert?
In just four easy steps a blumebox, can be assembled!
1) Fold flaps down to form square insert.
2) Insert into 4" blumebox cube untill you here it lock.
3) Add cake pops, lollipops or sweet of your choice.
4)Fill top with decorative items to cover insert.
